Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is directed to users of the service, hereinafter referred to as Users. It presents the scope of user personal identification data collected by the service owner and mechanisms ensuring their privacy, arising from legal regulations. This Privacy Policy also fulfills the informational obligation towards the data subject (User).

  3. Purpose of Data Use User data is used for:
    • Administering the Service
    • Service visit statistics
    • Content management of the Service
    • Distribution of promotional materials for the data administrator’s own services
    • Data archiving in accordance with legal regulations.
  4. Method of Data Collection User data may be collected automatically by the server.
  5. Legal Basis for Data Processing
    • Legitimate interest (basis from Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
    • Legally justified interest in direct marketing of the data administrator’s own services, claim pursuit, and ensuring the safety of individuals and property

  9. Google Analytics This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “Cookies”, text files placed on your computer, to help analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the whole IP address will be first transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the website owner, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider.
  10. Intention to Transfer Data to a Third Country or International Organization The data administrator transfers data outside Poland/EU/European Economic Area only in the situation described in point 9.
  11. Period of Personal Data Retention Data processed by the Administrator for the purpose of providing services will be stored for the period specified by legal regulations, and in the legally justified interests of the data administrator until an objection is raised.
  12. Service’s Cookie Policy Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, which are stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service owner. Cookies are used to adjust the content of the Service websites to the user’s preferences and to optimize the use of websites; they help recognize the user’s device and properly display the website, tailored to their individual needs.
  13. Links to Other Websites on the Service’s Page The Service owner informs that the Service contains links to other websites. The Service owner recommends familiarizing yourself with the privacy policies applicable there as it does not bear responsibility for them.
  14. Security of Users’ Data in the Service A description of the technical and organizational measures protecting data is contained in the Security Policy (personal data protection) of the Service owner. Specifically, the following protections are applied:
    • Data collected automatically by the server is secured through an access authentication mechanism to the Service.
    • Access to administering the Service is performed using an authentication mechanism.
  15. Information on Changes to the Privacy Policy The Administrator reserves the right to change the content of the privacy policy in the event of changes in legal regulations or the implementation of new technological and informational solutions.
